If at the end of an engagement you're not satisfied with the outcome we agreed to, we keep working at no additional cost until you are — or we refund the unsatisfied portion. Your call.

Everything we see, hear, and document inside your business stays confidential. We sign NDAs before discovery and treat your operation with the same discretion we'd want for our own.
No vendor lock-in
Your Playbook lives in your tools, in your accounts, owned by you. If you ever stop working with us, you walk away with everything we built — no proprietary platform, no held-hostage data.
Honest "no's"
If we don't think we can help — or if you don't actually need consulting — we'll tell you. We'd rather decline an engagement than take money for work that won't pay off for you.
Direct access
