What Is DISC?

A practical model for understanding people.

DISC is a behavioural assessment that maps how a person typically responds to challenges, influences others, paces themselves, and approaches rules. It's been refined for decades and is used by millions of organisations globally because it's accurate, accessible, and actionable.
