By 2035, the ControlShift methodology will be the standard operating system for 1,000+ service businesses across North America — collectively employing more than 25,000 people working inside systems built to last.
That number isn't arbitrary. It's the size of impact we believe we can have if we stay disciplined, scale the team intentionally, and never compromise on the methodology.
It's also the number that keeps us honest about every short-term decision: does this engagement, this hire, this product call get us closer to a thousand businesses systematized — or further from it?
The BHAG is a compass, not a forecast. We'll know we're getting there by the businesses transformed, the founders freed, and the teams that come to work inside a clearly-run operation for the first time in their careers.
