Sales Remote · South Africa Independent contractor 100% commission

Outbound B2B Sales Consultant

Cold-call owners of trades and field-service businesses across North America and sell them a diagnostic that shows how dependent their business is on them personally. Your first three sales pay you 100% of the fee.

Earnings: $500 to $997 CAD per sale, tiers reset monthly
Hours: Afternoons and evenings SAST, to reach North America

How we hire

Short, and deliberately a bit demanding

We are a small company. Every hire matters more than it would somewhere with three hundred people, so we ask for more up front than most adverts do, and we tell you exactly what we are looking for rather than making you guess.

You apply by email

No forms, no third-party portal, no account to create. A CV and a short video, sent to one address.

We reply within five business days

To every application that includes a video. Being ignored after putting effort in is miserable, so we do not do it.

A short call, then a real-world exercise

For a sales role that means a live role play, not a quiz about your strengths. We would rather see you do the actual job for fifteen minutes.

A clear offer, in writing

Including the parts that are less comfortable. If a role is commission-only with no base, we say so in the advert, on this page, and in the contract.
